John has been a successful real estate professional who has been actively involved in the commercial and residential real estate market for 30+ years. His extensive experience in all aspects of real estate includes residential, commercial, property management, land development, new construction and rentals has served his clients well for all these years. This direct involvement and exposure to the industry provides an understanding of real estate operations, risk, and demands that positions John to closely relate to the interests and needs of all his clients.
John brings a terrific background in Economic Development to the world of commercial real estate. He has 30 years of direct experience leading the business development efforts of local municipalities and working with the media and manufacturing sectors. In addition, John hosts a weekly real estate radio show which is broadcast through the iHeart Media. John is a member of numerous organizations within the real estate sector and is highly recognized and respected by all.

Mark RaphaelLicensed Broker and Co-founderview bio+
Mark Raphael founded River Management, Development and Realty, Inc. in 1985. With headquarters in Poughkeepsie at 297 Mill Street and a branch office in New Windsor, he developed the company into the premier management and realty firm in the Mid-Hudson Valley. The property management division managed over 6,000 units consisting of residential and commercial rental properties and over 60 condo and homeowner associations. In 2008, he sold the management arm of the company to a national company and helped to further the development of the management company for the next five years. Then, after another five years, he used his experience and expertise to develop 360 Property Management. Mark uses his local knowledge industry experience and friendly demeanor to help mentor and lead our company to success.

Nicole Crouse, CMCACommunity and Property Managerview bio+
Nicole is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Property Manager, at 360 Property Management. She is responsible for ensuring properties function according to quality standards and operating objectives, maintaining positive relations with residence, contractors and maintenance staff. She is also responsible for the day-to-day management and operations in multiple Associations including Condominiums and HOA’s.
Nicole joined 360 Property Management in 2021 as a Community and Property Manager. Prior to joining 360 Property Management, Nicole was Community Manager with a large Management Corporation. During her nearly 5 years, Nicole was responsible for managing various Condominium Associations and Cooperatives in the Hudson Valley. Some of her functions included budgeting, financial reporting, project management of Capital Improvements from onset to completion and maintaining knowledge of legislative updates and laws affecting Condominium Law and Associations Governing Documents. Nicole’s hands on Management allows for Board Members, Vendors and Residents the ability to gain a positive rapport and to maintain a open line of communication.

Hello, my name is Karin Fralick, I have a husband, and a daughter. Not only do I work for 360 Property Group, LLC, but I also rent from them. They really work well with the owners and residents, and everyone who is involved. I’ve been in this field of work for 21 years, the last three years with 360 Property Group, LLC. I am one of the bookkeepers and the office manager. As the office manager I make sure everything is intact, that everything gets done as it should. I make sure everyone is working together and that they have what they need to get the job done. I believe that collaboration between residents, management groups and rental agents are key to having a healthy work environment, and a healthy, happy home. I am notary. My hobbies are spending time with my family. I am looking forward to working with all of you.
