His extensive experience in all aspects of real estate includes residential, commercial, property management, land development, new construction and rentals has served his clients well for all these years. This direct involvement and exposure to the industry provides an understanding of real estate operations, risk, and demands that positions John to closely relate to the interests and needs of all his clients.
John brings a terrific background in Economic Development to the world of commercial real estate. He has 30 years of direct experience leading the business development efforts of local municipalities and working with the media and manufacturing sectors. In addition, John for many years hosted a weekly real estate radio show which was broadcast through the iHeart Media. John is a member of numerous organizations within the real estate sector and is highly recognized and respected by all.
