• Can you hold a place before I apply?

    In order to keep up with the competitve real estate market, we are only able to hold an apartment for 5 days after your application is approved.
  • Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Your security deposit hold the apartment for you. Once a security deposit is placed on an apartment, you must sign the lease and pay first month's rent at the lease signing. Last month's rent is not required, but you are welcome to prepay however many months you would like.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Anyone 18 or over is welcome to apply for a unit once they are prequalified.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    So long as the apartment is kept in good condition, and the lease terms are met, you will receive your full security deposit returned within two weeks at the address you provide.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    We only accept cosigners for students applying for housing who do not meet the income requirements.

  • How do I pay rent?

    You can pay rent online, set up Auto-Pay, or bring a check or money order to our office at 297 Mill St Poughkeepie, NY 12601
  • I want to get a pet. What should I do?

    First, you must check the lease and see if pets are allowed in the unit. If so, you can fill out a pet information form and a pet lease.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?

    If you are at the end of your lease, you may fill out another application on your own, if approved we will write another lease with just you as the leaseholder.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?

    You must provide us 30 days written notice (to your property manager) if you intend to move out.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Maintenance and Repairs are covered as part of your lease, unless it is found that the repair is the cause of the tenants negligence.
